When school's out, Clubs are in!

Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue is committed to providing high-quality programs for youth during the school year - including breaks when classes are not in session. These programs offer a wide variety of activities, and our staff are dedicated to providing a worthwhile experience to each member who walks through our doors.

School's Out Day Programs 2024/2025

FALL

October 11, 2024

WINTER

January 2-3, 2025
Registration will open December 2

February 18-21, 2025

March 28, 2025

SPRING

April 7-11, 2024

Registration will open one month prior
to the program start date.

An afternoon snack will be provided for members at all sites.

The Club does not provide breakfast or lunch.

Registration & Membership:

An active BGCB Membership is required prior to registering.

All registrations for grades K-5 must be completed online. No walk-ins. Members enrolled in Project Learn are not automatically registered nor are they guaranteed a spot on our Schools Out Day registrations.

Teen walk-ins will be accepted at the Lake Hills Clubhouse. An active BGCB Membership is required prior to attending.

Youth Memberships: $50 annual membership valid at all Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue locations.

Teen Memberships valid at the Lake Hills Clubhouse are FREE!

Elementary School Members (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)

School's Out Days for youth members enrolled in Project Learn are FREE!

Please contact your Director to learn how to register for free.

Non-Project Learn Members Cost: $50 per day

Middle and High School Members (6th Grade - 12th Grade)

School's Out Days for middle school and high school members at the Lake Hills Clubhouse are FREE with an active BGCB Teen Membership. No registration is required.

refund Policy

All fees are due two weeks before the start of program. For refund requests made at least two (2) weeks before, BGCB will issue a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. For refund requests made less than two (2) weeks before, BGCB will issue a 50% refund. Please contact your Site Director or the Downtown Club to request a refund before the first day of program. BGCB will not issue refunds after programs have commenced.
