Dear Club Family, 

I hope this finds you and your families all safe and well.

Our Clubs are busy wrapping up the school year and preparing for another summer full of fun and exciting programs. It’s hard to believe, but when summer programming ends on Friday, August 20, our Clubs will have been open for 75 weeks of full-day COVID-19 response programming. I continue to be in awe of the many ways our incredible staff have shown up day after day, week after week, to help our children, teens, and families navigate this challenging year and a half.

To recognize our staff’s dedication and commitment during this unprecedented time, Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue’s 15 sites and administrative offices will be CLOSED beginning Monday, August 23 through Monday, September 6, 2021. Staff will return to the office for professional development and training from Tuesday, September 7 through Friday, September 10. All fall programs for the 2021-22 school year will resume on Monday, September 13, 2021.

To prioritize helping all employees recharge, staff organization-wide will disconnect from emails and BGCB-related activities during these dates. This period will serve as a time for employees to rest, relax, and refresh for the year ahead, ensuring we are fully prepared to serve our exceptional children and families this fall.
