Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue's before and after school program, Project Learn, enhances the skills and knowledge young people learn at school through high-yield learning activities. Each day, dedicated BGCB staff deliver innovative and inspiring programs focused on BGCB's three outcome areas: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship.

Program Fees & Hours

All participants must have a current $50 Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue membership.

Bellevue School District Employees - In partnership with the Bellevue School District, all district employees will receive a 50% discount on Project Learn 2024/2025 program fees. Complete this BSD Employee Verification Form.

Elementary Age BEFORE SCHOOL Program

Fees: $125*/ month (September - June)
Payments are due by the 5th of each month.

Hours: 6:30 am - bus pickup or school start time

Schools Served at Sherwood Forest: Ardmore, Bennett & Sherwood Forest

Elementary Age AFTERSCHOOL Program

Fees: $450*/ month (September - June)
Payments are due by the 5th of each month.

Hours: after school - 6:00 pm

School's Out Days

Clubs are open for School's Out Days and CLOSED for most federal holidays. See our Upcoming Closures page for more info.

*Scholarships are available.

PROGRAMS 

WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION 

If you need to withdraw your child from the program, we require 14 days written notice. The last day to submit a withdrawal request is May 16, 2025. Email admin@bgcbellevue.org to submit a request.

If your child's last date of attendnace falls between the 1st – 15th of the current month there will be no additional program tuition beyond the current month's dues, however, if your last date of attendance falls between the 16th and end of the month your household will be financially responsible for $225.00 per child for afterschool programs and $62.50 for before school programs. Membership fees are non-refundable.

If a 30-day notice can be provided that would be greatly appreciated by our organization so that we may offer your child’s spot to a family in need of afterschool care. 

In the event your account balance remains past due for 60 days or longer your child will be withdrawn from the program.
