Announcing the Robert Vasen Leadership Center

We are proud to announce the naming of the Robert Vasen Leadership Center in Lake Hills, Bellevue, home of the BE GREAT: Graduate program. 

In 2008, the Robert Vasen Foundation partnered with Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue to create the BE GREAT: Graduate program and has since continued to fund its activities and growth.  Over the years, BE GREAT: Graduate has been a beacon of hope for students in grades 6-12, empowering them to achieve academic goals each year and ultimately graduate from high school. We applaud the success of the students and staff whose efforts boast an unprecedented 100% graduation rate! 

To support this important program in perpetuity, the Robert Vasen Endowment for Youth was established with a $1 million gift from the Robert Vasen Foundation. The Endowment ensures that the transformative work of BE GREAT: Graduate will continue in Robert's memory, nurturing future generations toward greater opportunities in life. 

Today, April 16th, is Robert’s birthday. In remembrance of Robert's legacy as a Club member and community volunteer, we will soon unveil a plaque at the newly named Robert Vasen Leadership Center. We are grateful to all who have made this possible and look forward to continuing to work together to honor Robert's memory and inspire and support local youth on their journey toward achieving their fullest potential.
