Club Closures
Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue recognizes the following days as holidays and our facilities are closed. As some holidays may fall on a weekend, please check with your Club for the most accurate closure information.
• New Year’s Holiday
• Presidents Day
• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
• Memorial Day
• Juneteenth
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Veterans Day
• Thanksgiving Holiday (Thursday and Friday)
• Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
In addition, Clubs may close for training days (please check with your Club for accurate dates as they may change from year to year):
• June (summer camp prep days)
• August (school year prep days)
• School in-service days and/or school closures
Inclement Weather
The decision to close Clubs due to inclement weather conditions will be carefully made with consideration to road conditions, expected
weather forecast, excessive heat or cold, power outages, and other factors. All efforts will be made to close Clubs prior to children being present. If children are in the building, parents are expected to make efforts to pick up their child/children as soon as possible.
- In the event of inclement weather, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue will follow the schedule of the Bellevue School District. If Bellevue School District closes due to severe weather, all club programs for that day will be canceled.
- If BSD is delayed (1 or 2 hours) or closed, before school programs will be canceled.
- In the event of a power outage, affected locations will be closed.
