Withdrawals & Refunds
Learn about the steps to withdraw from a program or request a refund. Refund policies vary by program.
WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal
Did you register for the wrong program or camp? Complete a registration for the correct program or camp, then submit a withdrawal request for the one you no longer need.
How to Submit
- Log into your Parent Portal.
- At the top of the page, select “Submit a Form.” If you do not see this option, select “More” and additional options will show.
- In the first drop down menu, “Select Household Member,” choose the person you wish to withdraw.
- In the second drop down menu, “Select Form to Update,” choose the program: Athletics, School-Year Programs, Summer Camp, or another option.
- Complete the required questions.
REFUND
Refund
Refund credits may be added to your Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue account to use toward a future program or sent to your address in the form of a check. Check refunds may take 4 to 6 weeks to reach your requested address.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Summer Camp
- Refund requests submitted more than two weeks before the start of camp are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
- Refund requests submitted less than two weeks before the start of camp are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued once camp begins.
- Should your account balance remain past due for 14 days or longer, you will be withdrawn from the program. Financial assistance and payment plans are available.
School Year
- Submitting a withdrawal request will be considered your two-week notice unless you have specified a later date.
- The last day to submit a withdrawal request for School Year Programs is May 15. No withdrawals or refunds will be processed after this date.
- A $25 processing fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount.
- Should your account balance remain past due for 60 days or longer, you will be withdrawn from the program. Financial assistance and payment plans are available.
Payment responsibility based on last day of attendance
- If the last day of attendance falls between the 1st and 15th of the month, the monthly payment will be prorated to half.
- If the last day of attendance falls between the 16th and the last day of the month, the monthly payment will be due in full.
Examples
- A withdrawal request submitted on March 2 means the last day of attendance is March 16. Because this falls between the 16th and the end of the month, you are responsible for March program fees in full.
- A withdrawal request submitted on March 20 means the last day of attendance is April 3. Because this falls between the 1st and 15th, you are responsible for half of the April program fees.
Refunds for Athletics
Seasonal Programs
- Refund requests submitted by the end of the first week of practices are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
- Refund requests submitted before the first games are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued once games begin.
