PreSchool child care

Beginning in the 2026 school year, Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue (BGCB) will partner with the Bellevue School District as its exclusive preschool childcare provider.

Our preschool before and after school program provides enriching, engaging experiences that build foundational learning skills, establish positive routines, and help young learners develop strong relationships with their peers and caring BGCB staff.

Current Program Dates: Wednesday, September 9, 2026 - Thursday, June 17, 2027

Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue preschool childcare program is available for students who attend Bellevue School District preschools. Our preschool programs have their own dedicated space separate from elementary age students. Preschool spaces have furniture, supplies, and activities that are age-appropriate and centered to foster appropriate early learning and development.

All of our preschool childcare programs are licensed through Washington State’s Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF). As licensed programs, Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue can provide extended care on early release Wednesdays and Schools Out Days. Our day includes meals and a nap/rest time.

Licensure ensures high safety standards, and requires that procedural, staffing, and program standards are upheld and documented. Licensing allows families to access different sources of financial assistance.
